#1130 – Easy Https

Hi,

i dowloaded easy hhtps to solve mixed content issue. When i selected the file plg_easyhttps_1.2.0.zip in load and install botton in joomla, i saw the error window:

Nessun file selezionato

Impossibile trovare pacchetto di installazione

Error

No file selected

No installation package found.

Can you help me? Thanks

I payd for one licence site the easyhttps.

PHP version:5.5.38
Server: apache (apache/iis and version)
Server OS: linux (win/linux/osx)

sorry this took so long, I had to install a Joomla 3.6 as it is outside of our pipeline since a few years.

I had no problem installing neither on 3.6, and all more modern versions.

I imagine you might have a permission problem in your tmp folder configuration (either you configured a path you don't have write access to, or the path does not exist possibly?)

Check the setting for System - Global Configuration - Server - path to TMP folder, it should be somewhere you have write access to.

In filezilla,

root /www.paliodipianezza.org/tmp/plg_easyhttps

i have 755

please go to https://www.paliodipianezza.org/administrator/index.php?option=com_admin&view=sysinfo check in the folder permissions tab the last line should be the tmp folder and it should show green. If you see it like the image below, then ensure the path is exactly the same as the one you see in filezilla. 755 or 775 or anything else depends on your server configuration so it's not a sufficient information.

Now installe correclty.

Ciao, ho visto che siamo entrambi italiani :-)

Ho appena provato a simulare le stesse url su un sito di prova J3.6 e... mi funziona correttamente in tutte e 4 le modalità di sostituzione.

L'ordine dei plugin sembra corretto (EasyHTTPs utlimo dei system), quindi le uniche opzioni ragionevoli sono: usi una versione di php molto vecchia che non ho sul mio sistema (dimmi quale, sta in nel primo menù admin: system information) oppure c'è qualcos'altro di strano.

Puoi mandarmi l'error_log del tuo server?

Gentile cliente,

in merito a quanto indicatoci, consiglio di:

1. Aprire la pagina web indicata con il browser
2. Premere il tasto della tastiera: F12
3. Verrà aperta la console del browser, verificare la sezione “Console” e verificare l’errore: Mixed Content
4. Verificare quali elementi sono richiamati in http
5. Dovrà modificare il sito (script) e richiamare gli url indicati dalla “Console”, modificato la chiamata da http ad https.

Nel caso si utilizzassero CMS (Wordpress, Joomla, etc) esistono Plugin appositi che provvederanno a gestire la casistica automaticamente. Si consiglia quindi l’installazione e configurazione dei plugin adatti per questa casistica.

scusa il ritardo, ho letto "perfetto" nel tuo ticket e pensavo avessi risolto!

php 5.5 non sono in grado di testarlo, è fuori supporto da quasi 10 anni e non credo Easy HTTPS abbia mai girato su sistemi così vecchi. I sistemi più antichi su cui riesco a far girare test sono la 7.4. Il browser non aiuta purtroppo, ovvero non fa che confermare il problema che avevi esposto già correttamente nel primo ticket. L'unico elemento per capire cosa non funziona è l'error_log. Immagino che il tuo server usi Apache. il file error_log dovrebbe essere in una cartella logs allo stesso livello di public_html/www/htdocs dove sta il tuo sito.
